What We Do?

Hatha yoga

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes the connection between movement and breath, with a focus on flowing sequences of poses. It can be a great way to build strength, flexibility, and endurance, as well as to improve balance and coordination.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga that consists of six series or levels. Ashtanga yoga promotes both physical fitness and mental clarity, making it a holistic practice that fosters inner peace. Ashtanga yoga is known for its ability to help students develop self-discipline and establish a regular yoga practice.

Yin

Yin yoga is a style of yoga that involves long-held, passive poses targeting the deep connective tissues of the body, such as the ligaments, fascia, and joint. It can help improve range of motion in joints, soften muscles, and release deep layers of connective tissue, ultimately enhancing overall flexibility and promoting relaxation.
