The Insight Resort, situated in the south coast of Galle is a 3+ star beautiful modern concept resort which offer 53 fully functioning rooms. The resort has moved to great heights and high occupancy level. Hence we are now seeking for intelligent, personable, outgoing and enthusiastic individuals with exceptional talents, high commitment and experience in the hospitality industry in order to service our rapidly growing clientele.

We are on the lookout for the positions given below.

Maintenance supervisor

  • GCE Advanced Level qualification
  • Ability to liaise and interact to ensure an effective support for maintenance
  • Ability to converse and correspond in both Sinhala and English
  • Sound knowledge and experience in hotel maintenance operation
  • Previous hotel experience is an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Age below 35 years

Assistant Engineer / Maintenance Executive

  • NDT or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 02 years’ experience in similar capacity in recognize hotel will be an advantage
  • Ability and capacity to understand a wide range of engineering functions and procedures
  • Ability to handle preventive maintenance plans as well as being able to attend to all maintenance related work in every department
  • Should be able to monitor energy consumption of the hotel and advise to mitigate wastage and optimize usage
  • Should be able to check and advise the management to improve health & safety standards of the hotel
  • Computer knowledge is essential to produce monthly ,weekly reports and statistical analysis
  • Good Leadership & Staff training

Laundry Assistant

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel laundry environment
  • Sound knowledge in operating hotel laundry equipment and in the use of chemicals
  • Age below 30 years

F&B Captain

  • At least 02 years of experience in a star class hotel
  • Ability to converse with guests in English
  • Ability work with highest integrity & ethics
  • Supervision of F&B departments
  • Providing quality guest services
  • Good Leadership
